Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding obligations must be fulfilled, and confidential information must be returned or destroyed.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province.
